CAPPA Training Bundles

Ready to become proficient when offering professional postpartum support? Take the first step towards becoming a Certified Postpartum Doula with CAPPA.  This eighteen hour workshop meets the first requirement of your CPD program and prepares you to work through the steps for certification. This course is designed to provide a foundational skill base, knowledge, and perspectives on professional postpartum support for perinatal professionals, as well as providing training for those seeking certification as certified postpartum doulas with CAPPA.

Build confidence, comfort, and resilience for birth with BodyReadyMethod®—a practical, evidence‑informed approach to preparing the body and nervous system. In this 4 event series, you’ll learn targeted mobility and strength practices, positions for comfort and progress, breath and pelvic floor strategies, and partner support tools that translate to real‑life labor. Leave with a simple daily routine, a plan for common labor scenarios, and easy cues your partner can use to help. No fitness experience required. Come as you are and get body‑ready for birth.
