Birth Story Listening Workshop

The amazing Holly Rogalski of Kick-Ass-Birth will be leading birthing people through the Birthing From Within® Birth Story Listening Workshop, helping you integrate your birth experiences. When an unexpected event occurs any time during the childbearing year that "cracks" the birthing person or a birth attendant open, a trained and compassionate birth story-listener can help to gently excavate and gather the shattered, scattered, precious bits. 

Birth does its own thing, and often it’s harder than expected, even for people whose experience matched their birth plan. Is there a way to prevent emotional birth trauma? How about heal birth trauma?
